      14岁出道就以一曲“Joe Le Taxi”红遍法国乃至欧洲，她是80、90年代法国最红的玉女明星。她出唱片，拍电影，出写真，拍广告，是法国史上第一位成功打入美国市场的女歌手。她是好莱坞影星Johnny Depp的老婆，成功让这位浪子成为居家型好男人。她的名字叫Vanessa Paradis。

　　1988年生于捷克，现生活在首都布拉格。Marketa并非专业演员，然而她是个非常有才气的歌手，不仅演唱，还自己作词作曲。
　　Marketa从小就显示出过人的音乐天赋。在父母的教导下，她七岁学弹钢琴，由此爱上音乐，九岁父亲塞给她一把吉他，小Marketa竟然即兴弹出了刚刚听过的曲子。
　　2006年，爱尔兰音乐人Glen Hansard在布拉格工作时结识了Marketa，两人合作推出了音乐大碟《The Swell Season》。不久后，Glen邀请Marketa参与电影《Once》的演出，于是年仅19岁，没有丝毫表演经验的Marketa成了这部小制作电影的女主角。她在片中饰演一个喜欢弹钢琴的捷克移民，其清新自然的表演倾倒了无数影迷。
